Born in Rome in 1983; 2006–2010 studied Literature Music Performing Arts at the "Sapienza University of Rome"; 2014 binational doctorate in musicology (cotutelle procedure between the "Sapienza University of Rome" and the University of Leipzig) on a study of the critical edition of Robert Schumann's chamber music; 2012–2014 scientific assistant at the Robert-Schumann-Gesamtausgabe (Robert-Schumann-Forschungsstelle, Düsseldorf); 2015–2025 research associate in the research project Beethovens Werkstatt. Genetische Textkritik und Digitale Musikedition (Beethoven-Haus, Bonn / University of Detmold-Paderborn / Akademie der Wissenschaften und der Literatur, Mainz); 2022 DAAD grant for a research stay abroad at the Boston University Center for Beethoven Research; 2023–2024 research grant holder within the Italian research projects fund PRIN "Improvvisazione e Composizione. La doppia identità della musica europea" (University of Pavia/Cremona); starting February 2025 researcher at the DHI Rome in the Music History Department with the research project Transnational Nineteenth-Century Compositional Strategies. The 'school' of Salieri.
