Head of the Music History Department of DHI Rome since February 2024. Together with Prof. Andreas Münzmay, head of the DFG research project Dance/Music digital since September 2023. Fellow at DHI Rome with the project "Der Partito Comunista Italiano, Massenkultur und Neue Musik im Italien der Nachkriegszeit" from November 2022 to January 2023. Research assistant at the Detmold/Paderborn musicology seminar from June 2017 to January 2024, qualifying exam thesis "Venetian Opera as Euergetism and Popular Culture". Deputy head of Gluck Research Center at the Institute for Music and Dance Studies, University of Salzburg from February 2017 to June 2017. In charge of the interdisciplinary project at Anton Bruckner University Linz "Ja, natürlich… Naturalezza/Simplicité: Nature and naturalness on the music theater stage", together with Prof. Claire Genewein, from November 2015 to June 2016. Post-doctoral fellowship at the German Study Center in Venice from August 2015 to January 2017. Research assistant at the Gluck Research Center, Institute for Music and Dance Studies, University of Salzburg from October 2009 to July 2015. Awarded PhD at Mozarteum University, Salzburg, in February 2009, with the dissertation: "Neue Musik in ausgesuchten Rezensionen und Kritiken der Zeitschrift Melos im Kontext der 1950er Jahre der Bundesrepublik Deutschland". Studied instrumental pedagogy and guitar at Mozarteum University, Salzburg, from 1997 to 2006.
